Maximuscle Cyclone

Well what can I say. I've been weight training and bodybuilding for about 20 years. After that length of time I have seen people around me training and gaining, or, training and giving up. And they usually give up out of frustration. What happens is there is a real lack of attention to detail in their training programs and nutrition plans. Rather they focus on changing their workout each and every time, never taking any measurements in strength and gains on the basic compound exercises so you can see where the progression is taking place on a strength by strength workout to workout basis. This is critical to note, because if you are not measuring or taking into account your strength workout to workout in the gym then how do you know if you are making any gains in strength and thus muscular size? You can't. Everything is off gut feeling and emotion, and when it is emotional you can't make rational decisions and assessments. That being so, those people often just drop straight out of weight training, never really achieving the bodybuilding physique they desired that got them into the gym in the first place. So know that you are your own worst enemy. To rectify this, have a plan, and make sure you are sticking to the plan and measuring the result. If you are not achieving the result you want, you need to reassess the plan.

The next major downfall and pitfall that the aspiring bodybuilder makes is that they focus their energy and attention to the marketing world of sports supplements and bodybuilding supplements - as the magazines drill down into your head that there is no point in going to the gym if you do not consume all these many different bodybuilding supplements. The issue comes then of pure overload. The human brain is literally paralysed from choice by the amount of information and mis information put out by commercial nutritional companies trying to get you to buy their products. Then the aspiring bodybuilder starts to use this product, and that product, and stops to use this product, and never measures the effectiveness in anyway. Just like their training it is nothing more than guess work and gut feeling. Leading to nothing other than frustration and eventually quitting.

What I am telling you now is that I use one supplement, and have always used just one supplement, and have never needed to change. I use Maximuscle Cyclone.
